- We will grant the supplier selected on the basis of the concession procedure the right to operate a catering business - Food and Beverage (hereinafter referred to as "Fof its annexes; the draft Contract forms Annex F of this Tender Documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), namely in the business units and on the commercial areas specified in Annex G of this Tender Documentation and further in Annex No. 1b and Annex No. 2 of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as "Concession"). The exception is businessunit No. 15, which is part of the Concession and which the selected Supplier has the option to use only as an operational space for the purpose of setting up a so-called dark kitchen/ghost kitchen (hereinafter referred to as the "Kitchen"). The purpose and detailed specifications of the Kitchen are set out in Article IV.3 of this Tender Documentation and in Annex No. Jc of this Tenderkumentace.
