- We will grant the supplier selected on the basis of the concession procedure the right to retail the fashion assortment and accessories, while the assortment is specified in more detail in Article IV.5 Technical conditions of the Tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Concession"), under the conditions specified in the Tender documentation and in the proposal Sroues on the lease of space serving the business and the provision of some services connected with it on the premises that make up Annex F of the Procurement Documentation and further under the conditions specified in the other annexes of the Procurement Documentation or the Contract.
