- Lease of premises serving businesses for the purpose of running a catering business - FOOD AND BEVERAGE (Fdocumentation and in the draft Contract for the lease of the premises of the servant's business and the provision of some services connected with it, including their annexes; the draft Agreement forms Annex F of this Tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), in the business units and on the business areas specified in Annex Gthis Tender documentation and further in Annex c. 1b and Annex c. 2 of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Concession"). The exception is business unit c. 15, which is part of the Concession and which the selected Supplier has the opportunity to use only as an operational space for the purpose establishment of the so-called dark kitchen/ghost kitchen (hereinafter referred to as the "Kitchen").Ucel and more detailed specifications of the kitchen are given in cl. IV.3 of this Tender documentation and in Appendix c. Jc of this Tender documentation.
