- The subject of the public contract is the rental of new multifunctional printing equipment (hereinafter referred to as "MTZ"), as well as the service and maintenance of the rented MTZ, including the supply of all consumables for the MTZ during the lease period. The goal of the implementation of the public contract is the conclusion of a four-year framework agreement between the contracting authority and the unitby the supplier selected by him, on the basis of which the contracting authority will then, in accordance with § 132, paragraph 4 of the ZVZZ, continuously conclude individual rental contracts with a duration of up to three (3) years.
