Description:
• The subject of the contract is the rent of 2 pieces of ambulance vehicles without service, including the provision of related services, with the obligation of the supplier to the possibility of subsequent purchase of vehicles to the ownership of the contracting authority. The contracting authority shall take a detailed inspection of vehicles before the lease is terminated and evaluates whether it hasInterest in the acquisition of ownership rights to vehicles. Then the contracting authority is entitled on the basis of a contract on the future contract - purchase, to invite the supplier to conclude a purchase contract for the vehicle/vehicle, while the supplier is obliged to accept the call for conclusion of the contract.
