Description: The subject of the Competition for the proposal is the design and processing of the architectural solution of the new building hospital long-term patients with a capacity of 101 - 104 beds. The valid ÚPD has a SV-D area. The prerequisite for the implementation of the plan is to adjust the zoning plan (under issue No The change is in a state of adjustment (Zhmp approved it by resolution on 14.6.2018). Investor is an urban part of Prague 6. The estimated value of the total investment is 200 million CZK excluding VAT (without interior equipment and medical facilities). Proposals should respect the economic opportunities of the contracting authority not only in the amount of investment costs, but also in assumptions for future sustainable operation, mainly logical and effective layout, appropriate choice of building materials and adequate choice of complexity of building and architectural details. The competition intends to find the ideal extent of the proposed volume and capacity, while respecting the competition assignment.
