- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement between the contracting authority and one supplier for a period of 48 months, without renewing the competition in accordance with Section 132 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ"). The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement is Mrprovision of legal services by the contractor to the client according to the current operational and other needs of the client. Legal services will consist of general legal advice. In accordance with its activity, the contracting authority envisages the use of legal services according to the framework agreement, mainly in the field of IT law, public lawcontracts, labor law and general contractual agendas (especially in the field of commercial and civil law). Subject to the fulfillment of the conditions of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority is entitled to assign legal services outside the framework agreement according to § 29 letter k) ZZVZ, specific legal services outside the aforementioned legal fields and legal services in the caseconflict of interest of the selected supplier or other obstacles on the part of the supplier.
