- specifically supply of hardware and software incl. licenses, the detailed specification of which is given in Annex No. 1 of this procurement documentation.
The supplier further undertakes, as part of the subject of the performance of the public contract, to provide the contracting authority with services related to the delivery of the subject of performance consisting mainly of
• transportof the subject of performance to the place of performance
• installation of the subject of performance and commissioning of the subject of performance, incl. setting of delivered parts of the subject of performance,
• training of persons authorized by the contracting authority in the field of service of the subject of performance when handing over the subject of performance to the extent specified in Annex No. 1 of this documentation inNo. proving the functionality of the delivered parts of the subject of performance.
