Description: The purpose of the procurement is delivery and implementation of Laboratory Information System (hereinafter "LIS") to solve these interconnected areas of activity of the contracting authority: LIS Biobanking, LIS Vertical Audit / Inventory Management, LIS Quality Control (q OC) Controlled laboratory documentation LIS for Immunogenetics and integration with existing systems ÚHKT.
The subject of the tender is for LIS Biobanking ensuring management and control processes Bio banking between LIS and robotically controlled stock (existing solutions) in accordance with ISO 20,387th requirements for the solution is to provide processes for the creation of a set of samples from the primary sample to be identified and information them transferred electronically to the robot, which stores the samples. It will also be possible within the LIS samples to locate and transmit orders to pick them using a robotic system. The LIS will thus saved all data to both primary and secondary samples also linked to the patient / donor and requisition in NIS.
