Laboratory Examination for Evidence of Signs of Infection of Blood Donors And/Or Blood Components for the Transfusion Department of Mnul, O.Z., and the Hematology-Transfusion Department of Chomutov Hospital, O.Z.
The subject of this public contract is the provision of:
• regular and timely deliveries of bonded consumables (so-called diagnostic kits, reagents) needed for serological and molecular genetic (NAT) investigation of infectious markers in blood donors and/or blood components for the purpose of producing transfusion productstrace elements and/or raw materials for further production and
• free borrowing of technologies (analyzers), including delivery and installation of a water treatment plant suitable for ensuring the operation of the offered analyzers (in the event that water obtained by reverse osmosis is not usable for the operation of the analyzers, or connection to a resourcej water), supply and installation of a backup power supply (UPS) with sufficient capacity for the operation of the analyzers in the event of a power failure, supply and installation of a printer, air conditioning unit and barcode reader and ensuring their service ("item of loan"), for a period of 60 months.
Part 1: Serological heightdetection of infectious markers based on the principle of chemiluminescence for the Transfusion Department of MNUL, o.z., and the Hematology-Transfusion Department of Chomutov Hospital, o.z.
Supply of bound consumables and free loan of 2 fully automatic immunochemical analyzers working on the chemilumin principlelicense with accessories and ensuring their service. One piece of the analyzer will be located at the Transfusion Department of the Masaryk Hospital in Usti nad Labem, o.z., and the other at the Hematology-Transfusion Department of the Chomutov Hospital, o.z. for a period of 60 months.
