- The subject of the public contract is the supply of laboratory equipment for PCR testing, namely:
- Plate cycler (1 pc)
- Biohazard box (2 pcs)
- Germicidal radiator (2 pcs)
with accessories for the needs of the Microbiological laboratory of the Šumperk Hospital a.s., and that according to the detailed specification of the subject of performance contained in the attachmentlot No. 4 ZD - Technical specification (the technical specification is contained on a total of 3 separate sheets of the document in Excel format) and under the conditions set out in other annexes to this tender documentation, especially in Annex No. 5 ZD - Purchase contract.
The subject of the contract is also:
•transportation and installationat the place of performance
•insurance related to the delivery of goods
•training of the contractor's employees
•providing warranty service
•disposal of packaging and waste in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation governing waste management
