Description:
The subject of this public contract is the supply of laboratory devices, in specification according to Annex 4 ZD - technical specification and calculation of price and under the conditions set out in other Annexes to this tender documentation, especially in Annex 5 ZD - Purchase Agreement. This public contract is analogous to § 35 of the Act divided into sixteen (16) parts (each individual part of the public contract will be self -evaluated and assessed). The supplier is entitled to submit an offer to any number of parts of the public contract (one, more or all parts of the public contract).
