Description of the order: Pre -awarding the zoom is to conclude a rank agreement with a single supplier without renewing the competition to hold the Laboratore Electromagnetic Emissions, Meter of Electric Greats and modify the parameters of the plates of the plugs. Ramc's agreement will be closed with one supplier. The contracting authority in the Grant Projects is the main resitoral of the project and performs in the building of the customer inquiry services. The components of the advantage is also the processing of the installation and recommendations for the modification of the product. The client is terminated by the product developments that will meet the conditions for the production and placed on the market in accordance with the valid prescriptions. The minimal required range of services is specified in the piloze c. 1 technical specification.
