- All particulars associated with the activity of the construction manager in the inspection of the project - the Kvasice dock (hereinafter referred to as the "project") and in other supervision of the proper implementation of the project, including the compliance of the project implementation with legal regulations, in the agreed performance phases The project.
The manager of the construction will perform the following functions:
• Execution of comprehensive control and completeness of merged project documentation DUR and DSP, DPS, Part A, B, C.
• Check the complete documentation and documents for the construction of the building with the processing of the protocol on the inspection before the implementation of the comprehensive implementation Project readiness according to TKP ŘVCČR to start implementation.
• Comprehensive assessment before handover of the construction site, integrating issued permits and the outcome of the tendering procedure and SFDI methodologies.
• Performing the completeness of contractual relations.
• Control and approval of the contractor's implementation documentation.
•Performance Technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as the "TDS"), in the sense of the Technical Supervision of the Builder issued by ČKAIT (MP 9.2 Update 2018) and to the extent and under the conditions of the Methodology for the team manager, (Provisional version 2018) approved by the Ministry of Transport on 23. 10. 2018, available at https://www.sfdi.cz/putroj-metodiky-a-ceniky/metodiky/, checking all XLSX statements and XC4 data format.
• Checking the inventory of works, time and financial assumptions of the contractor of the construction.
• Ensuring the cooperation of all administrative steps associated with the deposit of the work to the digital technical Maps.
