- The subject of the public contract is the provision of Audit Pro Update software updates, including service services and training.
The contract will be concluded for 4 years, or until the total maximum amount of CZK 500,000 including VAT is used up.
Providing services means in particular:
a) Extension of software update subscriptionare:
The extension of the software update subscription for 1700 computers will be carried out 1 time per year (4 times during the term of the Agreement) and includes an annual subscription of new versions of the AuditPro tool, an annual subscription of software pattern library updates, an annual subscription of basic technical support.
b) Serviceby specialist technicians and programmers:
Scope of service according to the client's requirements.
c) Training:
Scope of training according to the client's requirements.
The tenderer does not return their parts to the suppliers. The contracting authority reserves the right to reject all bids, to cancel the tendering procedure at any time, for any reasonfor a reason, or even without giving a reason. - Documents :
