Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral territory of Nova Ves u Strakonice, k.u. Viska near Strakonice and k.u. Lhota under Kostym, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by decreeNo. 357/2013 Coll., On the Land Register (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Cadastral Decree").
The design of the kick will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register.
The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision to approve a proposalland consolidation and decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The proposal of the KPO will be drawn up according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll."). Viska near Strakonice and k.u. Lhota pod Kostym, outside the built -up area of the municipality.
