- The subject of fulfillment of the above -the -limit public procurement for services is to draw up proposals for 4 comprehensive land consolidation (KPO) in the territory concerned by the construction of the D35 motorway in the cadastral area. Differently, including the necessarySurveying activities in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastral operate and the documentation for the introduction of the results of the KPU into the Land Register. The works will serve as a basis for the decision of the branch to approve the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation and the decision on exchange or transitionOwnership rights, determination of the amount of reimbursement and deadlines pursuant to Section 10 (2) of Act No. 139/2002 Coll. The proposals of the KPO will be made according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.
