- The subject of the execution of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPU") in the cadastral area of Stara Voda, it includes most of the cadastral area of Stara Voda near Marianske Lazně (outside the built-up area), the district also includes most of the non-forested part of the cadastreof the territory of Jedlova u Stara Vody, the cadastral territory of Vysoka u Stara Vody and the cadastral territory of Krasne u Tři Seker extend marginally into the district. The district of KoPU is divided into two parts by the road I/21 Cheb-Marianske Lazně, which passes through the territory from north to south. With a size of 989 ha.
Including the necessary surveyingof works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree").
