- The subject of the public contract is the development of a proposal for complex land improvements, including the necessary surveying activities intended for the renewal of the cadastral record (the accuracy of the geometric and position determination will correspond to code 3 of the quality characteristics according to § 7 paragraph and point 13 of the annex to Decree No. 357/2013 Collection decree on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree)), preparation of documentation for introducing the results of the KoPU into the real estate cadastre (hereinafter referred to as the "work"). Complex land management will address the completion of the allotment procedure in the given cadastral territory, which is also conducted analogously in the ZE for its sthe complexity of records that overlap.
