Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Nítkovice in the estimated extent of 497 ha, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy criteria intended for the renewal of the cadastral operation by decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended, and preparation of all documentation for introducing the results of the KoPÚ into the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the KoPÚ proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights.
