The subject of the public contract is:
Focus of existing state of affected floors building 25
-Power documentation for building permits in division and scope pursuant to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On documentation of buildings, as amended and Act No. 183/2006 Coll. of the Code ("hereinafter" the "Building Act"), as amended.
-The output of engineering activities for the purpose of issuing a building permit, which will be performed in order to ensure the relevant final administrative decisions for the implementation of the construction (authorization of the project) pursuant to the Building Act.
-Project documentation for implementation Construction in the extent and content and division pursuant to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On documentation of buildings, as amended, and according to the Building Act - always divided into individual floors separately.
- The project documentation of interior and medical technology for supply and assembly - always divided into individual Floors separately.
- B25 - modernization of the inpatient department in the 6th floor; 5.NP; 1/2 4.NP; 3.NP floor
