• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation (or project documentation), the subject of which is the construction of the building of the new building of the nursery school "Kindergarten in the Czech Republic Brno - Židenice, Nova Zbrojovka building A". The following activities are also part of the subject of performance of the public contract: - securing allnecessary surveys (engineering -geological, hydrogeological, radon, pedological, corrosion, dendrological and infiltration tests, etc.), as well as verifying the location of existing networks, design of their relocation or protection; - Processing of the bill of quantities, inventory of construction work, supplies and services with detaileddescription of the required standards that clearly define the items and comparative item budget; - Provision of the contractor's cooperation with the contracting authority when entering a public contract - the selection of the contractor of the construction (in particularDocumentation in relation to the supplier processed project documentation and any subsequent addition or refinement of processed project documentation); - Continuous professional supervision over the compliance of documentation for the implementation of the project with documentation on the authorization of the project and the implementation of the project in accordance withDocumentation for the implementation of the project within the meaning of § 14 let. h) of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended, - execution of author supervision in the implementation of the construction on the basis of project documentation; - Providing a license for processed project documentation and its material capture,And for the entire duration of the protection of property rights arising from the authorship of the selected supplier.
