• Description:
• The subject of this public contract solves a change in the purpose of using the existing housing unit to one department of the kindergarten. The existing housing unit is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance and is part of the building of the nursery school in Borohradek. Newly proposed to change the purpose of using the existing housing unit Administrator for a separate kindergarten with one class for 12 children aged 2 to 3 years. The entrance to the separate unit is separate, namely the existing entrance to the housing unit. On the ground floor is designed vestibule and dressing room for staff. Access to the 2nd NP is after the inner reinforced concrete staircase. On the 2nd floor is designed The dressing room forming the so -called "hygienic loop", a hygienic facility for children and a separate sanitary facility for staff and kitchenette. Meals will be provided throughout the day by school canteen, food will be transported in transport containers for food through the outdoor part of the kindergarten and using the existing indoor staircase to the 2nd floor. In the kitchen corner there will only be cutting food for children and staff, which will be immediately served. On the 2nd floor there is also a day room, which also serves as a playroom and a levarna. Sun loungers will be stored in the day room behind the inner bearing wall and will be secured against handling and fall. Part of the building project is the design of new internal distribution of water, sewerage, heating and wiring. A recuperation air -conditioning device is newly designed to ensure permanent air exchange in the daytime room. The inner unit is located under the ceiling at the southwest peripheral wall with by outlet/suction through the wall. The design also includes new lighting, which meets the requirements for lighting the interior. Changing the construction is a permanent building.
