- The subject of performance of the public contract is to process the design of comprehensive land consolidation in the cadastral area Krasny les near Frydlant and part of the cadastral area Bulovka, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. real estate, as amended.
The proposal of the KPU will be prepared according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the requirements referred to in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On the procedure for the implementation of land consolidation and the requirements of land consolidation, as amended.
Kicks will be solved With special regard to the treatment of water management conditions, anti -erosion and flood measures.
The estimated area of the area is 950 ha and the number of parcel owners is 103.
