- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral area of ββKvΔtnov including the adjacent part of the cadastral territory of Sucha u HavliΔkov Brod and a small part of the cadastral territory of Vysoky near HavliΔkov Brod, including the necessary geodeticWork in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On the Land Register (Cadastral Decree), as amended. The design of the KOD will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register.Territory 433 ha. The KPU will be dealt with with special consideration to modify the water management conditions, anti -erosion and flood measures.Part of the cadastral area Sucha u HavliΔkova Brod and a small part of the cadastral territory Vysoka near HavliΔkov Brod, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll.regulations. The design of the KPO will be processed so that it can be entered in the land register. The KOPU will be dealt with with special consideration for the treatment of water management conditions, anti -erosion and flood measures.
