- The subject of this small-scale public contract is the processing of Building Energy Performance Certificates (PENB) for buildings that KHS JČK is responsible for managing and which are specified in more detail in Appendix No. 3 of the Call, including current certificates whose validity will expire. There are 6 pieces in totalPENB.

Work mmust be processed in such a way that it meets all the requirements resulting from the relevant current legal regulations, in particular Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended, and the Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade No. 264/2020 Coll., on energy efficiency of buildings. Formand the content of the PENB must be processed according to the relevant legal regulations in force at the time of submission of each PENB by the contracting authority. - Documents :
