- The subject of fulfillment of this VZMR is to implement a complete replacement of 87 pieces of old cocks for new thermostatic heads, including connection sets with a thermostatic valve on existing heating elements so that the subject is fully functional and can be fully utilized for its purpose, in extent and under conditions stated in this call and its attachments.
