- The subject of the public contract is the modernization of the workshop building on plot no. 1222 and the group building on plot no. 1225 both c.u. Fishermen. In the workshop building, there will be a specialist classroom for practical teaching, including a warehouse and a cabinet, where building modifications will be carried out, and the supply of school furniture will be ensured, teaching aids and ICT equipment. Furthermore, the reconstruction of the social facilities will be carried out with the creation of a cabin, which will correspond to publication no. 398/2009 Coll. on general technical requirements ensuring barrier-free use of buildings.
In the group's pavilion there will be a complete modernization of the premises, inclexchange of furniture. A barrier-free toilet will be set up in the building on the 1st floor. Vertical movement of disabled people or people in wheelchairs will be ensured by the addition of a new outdoor elevator shaft with an elevator cabin, horizontal movement between the two pavilions will be enabled through new pavements with a bituminous surfacechem. In the eastern part of the school premises, a 2 m high fence with a gate and a gate will be implemented. New game elements with an impact surface will be placed on the outer playing surface.
The public contract modernizes the school premises with the aim of improving the quality of vocational education of primary school pupils and their barrier-free access andvertical and horizontal movement including new equipment. Thus, in accordance with § 18 and 35 ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into parts according to the relevant CPV classification. Individual parts are entered separately.
