• Description:
• The subject of the fulfillment of this public order is the reconstruction of the monuments of the well-known functionalist building of the family house for the family of the surgeon Alfred Kantor. The villa was built in 1933-1934 according to the design of the architect Heinrich Kulka, a longtime colleague of the world-renowned architect Adolf Loos. The original spatial reduction of the villa was based on the principle of a floor plan, which divided the space based on the spatial and age needs of the individual functions of the villa and their interconnections. During the 60 years of the 20th century, the villa suffered a number of construction attacks, which disturbed the interior basement, the villa was rebuilt into 4 apartment units. The effort of the reconstruction of the villa is to move the floor plan and the facade to the original space. After the reconstruction, the villa will be accessible for touring the route and will also serve as a social space and gallery, therefore does not return to the original state of disposition in the 1st and 4th floors. The reconstruction includes both the construction work itself and the restoration work p. 5 out of a total of p. 20 associated with the restoration of wall elements, stone elements, metal entrance doors and ceiling pendant lights. The content of the order is equal to processing of construction documentation, production and maintenance documentation and documentation of the actual construction. Kantor's villa is a cultural monument, maintained in the SKP R under the register. . 43735/5-11.
