Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of simple land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "JPU") in the cadastral territory of Drmoul and part of the cadastral area. Trstěnice near Marianske Lazně, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll.,on the Land Register (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree"). The JPO design will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register. The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision to approve land consolidation and decisionson the exchange or transition of ownership rights. The proposal of the JPO will be drawn up according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.No. 13/2014 Coll. ").Drmoul 17 ha and in the cadastral territory of Trstěnice near Marianske Lazně is an area of 11 ha.
