- The subject of the Competition is the preparation of an architectural design for the reconstruction of the existing building No. 58/I, originally the seminary of St. Josef, for the purpose of adapting the historical building of the Jesuit seminary into a multifunctional space called "JOSEFINUM" and revitalizing the adjacent spaces (the own courtyard and the adjoiningplots of land on the walled fences).
Object No. 58/I is an immovable cultural monument of the register. No. USKP 17698/4-2701.
Part of the competition assignment is also consideration of the direct connection of the courtyard of the Jesuit seminary via road I/22, Tyrลกova street, with the public space in front of the cultural center and the modification of theintermediate plots of green walled land and Pod Valy orchards in the context of the proposed architectural design.
