• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result according to §10e, paragraph 4 of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended, consisting of: a) in the implementation of preliminary activities; b) in the necessary processing project documentation of (mandatory) prescribed by the client and any other energy-saving measures (basic measures); c) in securing the relevant permits (securing a water law permit for the method of using river water, securing a permit change operation of a stationary source of air pollution, connection of a newly installed source of electricity to the distribution network incl. processing of the electricity production license on behalf of the client, or others, if needed); d) in the implementation of basic measures; e) in the processing of documentation of the actual implementation of basic measures; f) in the development of operating regulations for newly installed equipment and operator training; g) in the provision of combined energy management, maintenance and service services; h) in provision guarantees for achieving contractually guaranteed savings; in order to achieve an increase in energy efficiency and a reduction in operating costs in the client's facilities.
