• Purpose of the expert opinion: Transfer of agricultural land according to § 10 paragraph 5 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll. as amended: On the basis of a written request, the State Land Office shall transfer to the owner, or co-owner of the land, which includes the building, which was On December 31, 2013, a separate property, an adjacent agricultural plot of land, which is functionally connected to the building and the applicant is its authorized user, or a separate part of such land in the form of a parcel. The State Land Office may to this owner, as the case may be transfer to the co-owner of the land another agricultural land that is functionally connected to the building and the applicant is its authorized user, or a separate part of this land in the form of a parcel. Asking price (expert question): Usual price determined according to Act No. 151/1997 Coll., and Decree No. 441/2013 Coll., as amended.
