• Description:
• machine gun, developed by the client, within the project "JK Tools - machine gun DIANA with a universal system for ejecting cartridges", implemented with the support of funds from the OP TAK program. The contracting authority requires the supply of technologies that will enable the implementation of the project, which are: 1) Measuring device, 2) Hardness tester, 3) Orbital belt sander. The implementation of the order will be in accordance with the goals and setting of the project "JK Tools - bullet gun DIANA with a universal system for ejecting cartridges", the subject of which is the acquisition of technologies, which will be used to start production of the innovative product and launch it on the market. The client requests delivery, installation and commissioning of the subject of the contract at the client's premises. The delivery will include the subject technological equipment with accessories, control software, where it logically ensures the functionality of the technology, transport to the place of execution of the order, installation and revival there. Where reference is made to a specific item, trade names or brands, this does not lead to favoring certain products or suppliers, or on the contrary their exclusion. The designation also respects industry standards and designations necessary for the specification of the subject of the contract. The client also allows for other technically and qualitatively comparable solutions. Nevertheless, the requested fulfillment must be compatible with existing systems of the contracting authority, and at the same time with other technologies within the concept and objectives of the project and the solution proposed during its implementation. This fact is based on the client's requirement that where the offered service would be incompatible with the already used devices or systems or systems applied in the project so far, adapting it to the client's operation would cause extraordinary difficulties.
