Description:
The subject of the public contract is to ensure the performance of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter also referred to as "TDS") and the coordinator of safety and health protection at work (hereinafter referred to as "OSH") during the implementation of the work entitled "Regional hospital Jičin - psychiatry pavilion - construction work" in the scope of and specification given in the project documentation for construction, prepared by KANIA a.s., Špalova 809, 702 00 Ostrava Přivoz, lead designer Ing. Ondřej Fabian, which is Annex No. 4 of these Terms and Conditions. (hereinafter also referred to as "PD" or "project documentation") and the provision of related services.
These are Construction works consisting of the demolition of existing buildings and the realization of new three-storey buildings connected by a staircase (health operations), including two underground floors intended for parking and technology. Furthermore, complete infrastructure will be built and modified, such as they are roads, slopes, sewerage (rain and sewage), water and gas connections, electrical and low-current distribution (including substation and data networks) and outdoor lighting. The project also includes outdoor improvements, including garden improvements with planting greenery, construction of green roofs, exterior amphitheater.
