Description:
The subject of the public contract is:
- performing surveys and pre -demolition audit;
- Project documentation: "Jihlava Hospital - Radiotherapy - KOC - Project Documentation Reconstruction buildings;
-The work of the plan to ensure safety and health protection at work on the construction site in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll. Requirements of safety and health protection at work in labor relations and to ensure safety and health protection in activity or activity provision services outside the employment relations (Act on ensuring other conditions of safety and health protection), as amended, and by Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll. of the above laws in the preparation phase;
-Secure the activities of the OSH coordinator in the preparation phase;
-Execution of the designer for the duration of the construction.
