Description:
The subject of the public contract is to ensure the processing of project documentation, engineering activities and authorial supervision for the building event -the building of the building after the flood. The place of performance is the office building on Lipovská 125/12, 790 01 Jeseník. The preparatory phase will contain (assumption of performance February - April 2025): • Detection of technical condition and construction technical survey for the needs of project documentation, providing static assessment, if necessary • performance of utilities • Project documentation according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll . to the extent of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., §7, on documentation of buildings, • processing of the itemized budget, including the blind budget according to Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. • Performing author's supervision throughout the construction of the construction, • processing the documentation of the actual construction, specification of the subject: • within the construction event will be: repairs after floods namely repair of wiring in 1.PP (replacement), new floor composition on 1st floor Above the vault ceiling in the 1st floor, which either thermally and waterproofing correspond to today's standards (higher thermal and waterproofing properties than ...
