- The subject of the performance of the Contract described in this procurement documentation is the support and solution of services in the areas of:
- REACTIVE SUPPORT resolution of incidents at the local and remote level;
- HOT-LINE SUPPORT telephone counseling and other services by telephone;
- PROACTIVE SUPPORT change and development requirements;
- STRATEGIC AND PROCESS SUPPORT for the areas: ICT strategy, Security, Process support ensuring continuous operation of ICT systems.
A more detailed specification of the subject of performance of the Contract is given in the annexes of the ZD, which describe the managed environment, the competences required of the supplier and the contractual obligations arising therefrom resulting, in particular, in the binding model contract for the performance of the Order, which forms Annex No. 4 ZD, and its annexes.
