- The subject of the public contract is the supply and implementation of the new IS ServiceDesk information system, i.e. the system for the continuous management of IT Service Management, Facility Management and other similar management processes within the contracting authority (hereinafter also "SD"), which is to replace the existing SW tool (the originalIS ServiceDesk).
The subject of the public contract is also the provision of relevant licenses for SD, provision of operational support for SD, implementation of modifications and development of SD, modification of SD documentation and training of the contracting authority's employees to manage and use SD.
Detailed specifications of the subject of the public contract, including technicalconditions, is stated in the draft contract, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as "ZD").
