• Description:
• The subject of this public contract entitled "Invalidovna Station - replacement of escalators 303 - 305, reconstruction of the station in ÚN, ÚPN and ÚPV, construction of barrier-free access to the station - selection of a designer" is mainly the conclusion of a contract for the processing of documentation for EIA notification, processing of project documentation for the issuance of a planning permit for Construction, ensuring engineering activities and issuing a valid planning permit, securing and discussing the property law and related contractual agenda, processing of documentation for implementation of the construction, including the statement of dimensions and the supervision of the designer during the implementation of the Construction. The future contractor of the Construction will be obliged to comply with the standards and regulations in the implementation of the Construction, which will be referred to in the project documentation prepared by the selected contractor. The client therefore requires that the project documentation delivered by him takes these standards and regulations into account and is in full compliance with them. During the implementation of the Construction, the future contractor of the Construction will be simultaneously bound by compliance with the client's internal regulations, which the client demands to be taken into account also within the framework of the preparation of the construction project documentation by the selected contractor. The list of these standards is given in Annex No. 6 of the procurement documentation - "List of binding standards".
