- The subject of the order is the delivery of a new homogenization line for the processing of secondary raw materials (see secondary raw material according to the definition of the Challenge) from recycled building materials, based on horizontal technology with a two-shaft mixing core with a volume of 2.5 m3 of the finished product. With the possibility to dispense filler from two betsof above-ground reservoirs with a total number of 8 chambers, which must be supplemented with all technologies, using the existing strengths of binders. Part of the subject is the dismantling of the existing mixing core, the inclined belt of the aggregate conveyor, the primary aggregate hopper, the existing screw conveyors, equipmentent management, delivery of mixing water heating technology according to the technical specification of placement in the container, mixing water storage containers, technology for heating aggregates and recycled aggregates in concrete tanks. Complete fairing and roofing of concrete tanks, additional accessch stairs, footbridges and service ramps. The subject of the contract is described in more detail in the technical specification.
