• Description:
• The subject of the procurement procedure is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DNS) for the awarding of public contracts for the supply of medical devices, nursing materials and personal protective equipment for medical professionals, according to the needs of the University Hospital Pilsen. These are mainly supplies of infusion, injection and collection materials, materials for oxygen and inhalation therapy, nursing and bandage materials, gauze and non-woven textile products, personal protective equipment, barrier material, masking and accessories, drainage and suction systems, urological consumables (e.g. tubes, urine bags), hygiene, washing and cosmetic products. Dynamic purchasing system means a fully electronic, open system for routine purchases of supplies and services in within the meaning of § 138 et seq. of the law. The aim of the contracting authority is to have a wide range of suppliers who will be invited to submit bids for the implementation of partial public contracts and thus ensure the continuous awarding of public contracts for the requested supplies for the duration of the DNS in such a way as to ensure the maximum efficiency of the funds spent and the reliability of the deliveries made. DNS will be in place indefinitely. DNS procurement The awarding of public contracts in the DNS is governed by the provisions of § 141 of the Act. To everyone to suppliers included in the DNS, the Contracting Authority shall announce its intention to award a public contract by means of a call for tenders for a public contract in accordance with the provisions of Section 141, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Act.
