- The subject of the performance of the public order is the electronicization of medical documentation and the processes of providing medical services and improving interoperability through exchange systems, or sharing of electronic medical documentation within the framework of the electronicization of healthcare in the Czech Republic (exchange networks and affinity domains at the level of regions, regions, communities of health service providers or the entire Czech Republic) and the system of cross-border exchange of medical documentation (NIX-ZD, respectively NCPeH), as well as the use of services and registers of the Integrated Data Interface of the Healthcare Sector, as necessary conditions for interoperability and electronicization healthcare. The exchange and sharing of electronic medical documentation is only possible under conditions where the production systems will support and work with medical documentation in electronic form.
The subject of the delivery is the modernization and expansion of the functionality of the clinical information system in CLPA v the areas of computerization of processes for maintaining standardized structured electronic medical documentation, data processing and computerization of processes for the provision of health services, etc., support for new processes within the hospital and their computerization and the possibility of their implementation not only in the hospital, and through the Integration Platform (ESB, see default status) connection to the infrastructure of systems and services of the Accredited Affinity Domain, e.g. the eMeDocS exchange network, the National Contact Point (NCPeH) and other eHealth systems and services of the electronic health care system of the Czech Republic.
