- The subject of the VZ is the conclusion of a framework agreement in accordance with § 131 of Act No. 134/20216 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ") with several suppliers of the procurement procedure (a maximum of five, but a minimum of two ) to provide the service of international transportation of equipment and materialsand people for the deployment, supply, maintenance and withdrawal of Ministry of Defense units in a specific operation at a distance of 15,000 km from the loading point and according to the current needs of the client. To ensure specific transports, individual subcontracts will be entered into according to the framework agreement, based on the so-calledv. "mini-tenders", i.e. with the resumption of competition between participants in the framework agreement pursuant to § 132 paragraph 3 letter a) ZZVZ.
