- The subject of the performance of the public contract is interior equipment for the construction of "CONSTRUCTION ADJUSTMENTS OF THE MASARYKO PUBLIC LIBRARY AND TOURIST INFORMATION CENTER OF VSETIN IN BUILDING NO. 1356".nctional furniture and equipment (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of performance" or "delivery") to the Masaryk Public Library Vsetin (hereinafter referred to as "MVK") and to the Tourist Information Center Vsetin (hereinafter referred to as "TIC") and enable the buyer to acquire ownership rights to the subject of performance and the buyer's obligation to take over the subject of performance and pay for itt the seller the purchase price below.
The specification of the subject of the public contract is further specified in the following documents:
a) Annex number 1A List of works, supplies and services, including a statement of dimensions "INTERIOR OF THE MASARYK PUBLIC LIBRARY VSETIN IN BUILDING NO. 1356"
b) Appendix number 1B - List of works, addage and services, including a measurement statement "INTERIOR OF THE VSETIN TOURIST INFORMATION CENTER IN BUILDING NO. 1356"
