Description: The subject of the public contract is the delivery and implementation of the Enterprise Service Bus information system (hereinafter referred to as "IS ESB") as an essential element of the exchange network of medical information. The solution includes the creation of an integration layer of the contracting authority's information systems (hereinafter referred to as "IS FNB") based on ESB, Master Patient Index (hereinafter referred to as "MPI"), central medical documentation registry, standardized data interfaces for data sharing purposes with other health care providers and providing information to patients, instrument (interface) for future connection of the regional or national system safeguard data exchange and securing the interconnection and mutual data sharing contained in the internal IS FNB. The subject of public procurement is also a follow-up of securing services of maintenance, support and service of the supplied system, as well as providing Helpdesk and development services.
