• In accordance with § 35 and § 101 ZZVZ, the contracting authority has divided the public contract into the following 2 parts, which are awarded in one procurement procedure: Part 1: Construction and installation insurance Section 2: Liability Insurance The tender documentation regulates the conditions for the awarding of all parts of the public contract, unless it is expressly stipulated that a specific provision applies only to a certain part of the public contract. In accordance with § 101, paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority allows to submit an offer for any number of parts of the public contract, according to the choice supplier. The selection of the supplier will be carried out separately for each part of the public contract. A separate contract will be concluded with the selected supplier for each part of the public contract. The subject of the performance requested by the contracting authority of this part of the public contract is construction and installation insurance for the work "Replacement of the TG6 steam turbine". The subject of the public contract will be co-financed from the Modernization Fund from the HEAT program (the contracting authority expects to finance the public contract from its own resources, with financial co-participation from of the Modernization Fund). A detailed description of the subject of the public contract is given in the procurement documentation for the second phase of the procurement procedure and its annexes. The subject of the performance required by the contracting authority of this part of the public contract is liability insurance in connection with the implementation of the work "Replacement of the TG6 steam turbine".
