- The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is the provision of services consisting of insurance for the City of Turnov. According to § 101 ZZVZ, the contracting authority divided the public contract into 3 parts, namely:
a) insurance of property and liability for damage or other harm ;
b) liability insurance for damage caused bycaused by vehicle operation and vehicle accident insurance;
c) group accident insurance of city representatives.
