Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is to ensure the execution of construction works including: • Insulation of the building and replacement of hole fillings: - insulation of the perimeter shell, - insulation of the plinth, - insulation of the ground floor, - replacement of hole fillings - installation of outdoor shading elements for the windows of the 2nd floor on the N, W and E sides. The building will be insulated with materials with a valid environmental declaration of the product - (hereinafter referred to as "EPD certificate") • Installation of a ventilation system with recovery: - 4x ventilation units with a total output of at least 2360 m3/h Ventilation of classrooms and playroom: 1x 660 m3/h and efficiency min. 82%. 2x 520 m3/h and efficiency min. 79%. Room ventilation: 1x 660 m3/h and efficiency min. 79%. CPV subject: Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment Construction of houses Renovation of buildings
