- The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the delivery and commissioning of new refrigeration compressors and new heat pumps for the use of waste heat in the two main cooling engine rooms (hereinafter referred to as "energocenter") within the scope of the implementation site, their proper commissioning and warranty service for the first 30 thousand engine hours for each of the delivered machines. The exact number and parameters of the required machines are specified below and further in the tender documentation.
The subject of the performance of the Public Contract, including the technical conditions, is defined in detail in the draft Contract for the work (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), the binding model of which is attached No. 1 ZD.
When processing the offer, the participant is obliged to rely on all the information and documents that are part of the GTC and the Agreement, including the information listed in Annex No. 9 of this GTC Technical technical documents.
